Cidgaganacandrika 246 [Kalagnirudrakali], English comparative study extracted from the two available commentaries—the Divyacakorika and the Kramaprakashika. The Cidgagana-candrika is an important Tantric work belonging to the Krama system of Kashmir Shaivism. ग्राह्यमत्र पुरतो हरन्ति ते यत् पृथग् ग्रहणमप्यसुं ततः ।
ग्राहकांश्च वरदे मरीचयः तास्त्वदर्पितजगद्विजृम्भणाः ॥ २४६ ॥grāhyamatra purato haranti te yat pṛthag grahaṇamapyasuṃ tataḥ |
grāhakāṃśca varade marīcayaḥ tāstvadarpitajagadvijṛmbhaṇāḥ || 246 ||

[Kālāgnirudrakāli]
The universe is projected through Parā, Parāparā, Aparā and Kālakarṣiṇi Śaktis multiplying as twelve in the states of Śṛṣṭi, Sthiti and Saṃhāra. Four of them are the means of cognition; next set of four are the objects of cognition and rest set of four denote the state of cognizer. Sūrya-maṇḍala emits the terrible Pralayāgni form of rays, desirous of delightment of consuming the universe. These ferocious rays are dissipated in Vimarśākhya Kāli-Kalāgnirudra Kāli[1]. This Saṃhāra is the ultimatum in the cognitive process.
