Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

Sūrya enjoys Bliss with grace of Śakti

Vimarśa ŚaktiSvatantrya Icchā Śakti purifies even Prakāśasūrya (Śiva). Śiva rests in the Hṛdayarūpā Śakti, after getting cleansed by her help. Sūrya[1] who shines in the Jagat being attracted by objects, with her grace, attains the endless bliss, on being drawn into her brilliance.

Sport of Svātantrya Śakti

The Arthapañcaka [Pañcārtha?] (Sūkṣma Bhūtapañcaka [Pañcabhūta?]), which is born along with Prakṛti with her three guṇasSattva, Rajas and Tamas, stands equated by Kālidasa with Amṛtāṇḍa. This is attained by the Living beings, at the time of withdrawal in the hearts of their Selves illumined by Sūrya. Again he creates the arthapañcaka as outside manifestation. Emergence of inner agitated constellation as outside Jagat is Śṛṣṭi; It’s inward journey towards the source of illumination is Saṃhāra; this is the sport of Svātantryaśakti.
