Cidgaganacandrika 225-226 [Srishti Kali’s form], English comparative study extracted from the two available commentaries—the Divyacakorika and the Kramaprakashika. The Cidgagana-candrika is an important Tantric work belonging to the Krama system of Kashmir Shaivism. लब्धसाम्यपवनद्वयाहृतं वातचक्रमधितस्थुषी शिवे ।
निर्गमागममपोज्झितान्तरे त्वं स्थितं ग्रससि हि स्थिताम्बिके ॥ २२५ ॥
या शिखान्तरहुताशनिर्गता धामचक्रमवभिन्दती क्रमात् ।
ऊर्ध्वसोमरसपानदीपिता साऽपि देवि कलये बहिः स्थितः ॥ २२६ ॥

labdhasāmyapavanadvayāhṛtaṃ vātacakramadhitasthuṣī śive |
nirgamāgamamapojjhitāntare tvaṃ sthitaṃ grasasi hi sthitāmbike || 225 ||
yā śikhāntarahutāśanirgatā dhāmacakramavabhindatī kramāt |
ūrdhvasomarasapānadīpitā sā'pi devi kalaye bahiḥ sthitaḥ || 226 ||

[Sṛṣṭi Kāli’s form]

Śakti emits the Jagat from her heart by her Svātantryaśakti. She with ease devolves the entire manifestation to effect involution. Generally these occur in cyclical manner in parts and hence intermittent states are managed by her retinue of Śaktis. In the Pralaya when, there is complete involution, then even these Śaktis merge into one—Śakti. This Śakti is the form of Sṛṣṭikāli[1].
