The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.4.256, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 256 of Antya-khanda chapter 4—“Descriptions of Shri Acyutananda’s Pastimes and the Worship of Shri Madhavendra”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.4.256:

সকল পবিত্র করে যে গঙ্গা তুলসী তারাও হযেন ধন্য তোমারে পরশি’ ॥ ২৫৬ ॥

सकल पवित्र करे ये गङ्गा तुलसी ताराओ हयेन धन्य तोमारे परशि’ ॥ २५६ ॥

sakala pavitra kare ye gaṅgā tulasī tārāo hayena dhanya tomāre paraśi’ || 256 ||

sakala pavitra kare ye ganga tulasi tarao hayena dhanya tomare parasi’ (256)

English translation:

(256) “Gaṅgā and tulasī are known to purify everything. But even they are purified by your touch.
