The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.2.237, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 237 of Antya-khanda chapter 2—“Description of the Lord’s Travel Through Bhuvaneshvara and Other Placesto Jagannatha Puri”.

মুহূর্তেকে গেলা প্রভু জলেশ্বর-গ্রামে বরাবর গেলা জলেশ্বর-দেব-স্থানে ॥ ২৩৭ ॥
मुहूर्तेके गेला प्रभु जलेश्वर-ग्रामे बराबर गेला जलेश्वर-देव-स्थाने ॥ २३७ ॥
muhūrteke gelā prabhu jaleśvara-grāme barābara gelā jaleśvara-deva-sthāne || 237 ||
muhurteke gela prabhu jalesvara-grame barabara gela jalesvara-deva-sthane (237)
English translation:
(237) Within a short time the Lord came to the village of Jaleśvara. There He went straight to the temple of Jaleśvara Mahādeva.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The present-day Jaleśvara village is situated north of Baleśvara. But the Daṇḍa-bhāṅgā-nadī is situated near Purī, and the district of Cuttack is
situated between the two. Since there is no mention of the Lord returning to Baleśvara district from the Purī district, one should consider in what particular place north of Jaleśvara the Lord’s daṇḍa was broken. If the Lord’s daṇḍa was broken on the bank of the river Daṇḍa-bhāṅgā, or Bhārgī, then between that river and Purī there must be another temple of Śiva known as Jaleśvara.
