The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.477, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 477 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.477:

এ সব ঈশ্বর-তূল্য স্বভাবেই ভক্ত তথাপিহ ভক্ত হৈবারে অনুরক্ত ॥ ৪৭৭ ॥

ए सब ईश्वर-तूल्य स्वभावेइ भक्त तथापिह भक्त हैबारे अनुरक्त ॥ ४७७ ॥

e saba īśvara-tūlya svabhāvei bhakta tathāpiha bhakta haibāre anurakta || 477 ||

e saba isvara-tulya svabhavei bhakta tathapiha bhakta haibare anurakta (477)

English translation:

(477) Although they are equal to the Lord and are devotees by nature, they are extremely eager to become devotees.
