The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.8.263, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 263 of Madhya-khanda chapter 8—“The Manifestation of Opulences”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.8.263:

পরিহাসে আসি’ সবে দেখিবার তরে “দেখি, ও পাগল-গুলা কোন্ কর্ম করে” ॥ ২৬৩ ॥

परिहासे आसि’ सबे देखिबार तरे “देखि, ओ पागल-गुला कोन् कर्म करे” ॥ २६३ ॥

parihāse āsi’ sabe dekhibāra tare “dekhi, o pāgala-gulā kon karma kare” || 263 ||

parihase asi’ sabe dekhibara tare “dekhi, o pagala-gula kon karma kare” (263)

English translation:

(263) People came to see and ridicule them. “Let us see what these madmen are doing.”
