The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.263, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 263 of Madhya-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Manifestation at the House of Shrivasa and the Inauguration of Sankirtana”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.263:

ডাকিযা বলযে প্রভু—“আরে শ্রীনিবাস! এত-দিন না জানিস্ আমার প্রকাশ? ॥ ২৬৩ ॥

डाकिया बलये प्रभु—“आरे श्रीनिवास! एत-दिन ना जानिस् आमार प्रकाश? ॥ २६३ ॥

ḍākiyā balaye prabhu—“āre śrīnivāsa! eta-dina nā jānis āmāra prakāśa? || 263 ||

dakiya balaye prabhu—“are srinivasa! eta-dina na janis amara prakasa? (263)

English translation:

(263) The Lord said, “O Śrīnivāsa! All these days you did not know about My appearance?
