The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.54, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 54 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.9.54:

তা’রা বোলে,—“আমরা বালির ভযে বুলি দেখাহ শ্রী-রামচন্দ্র, লৈ পদ-ধূলি” ॥ ৫৪ ॥

ता’रा बोले,—“आमरा वालिर भये बुलि देखाह श्री-रामचन्द्र, लै पद-धूलि” ॥ ५४ ॥

tā’rā bole,—“āmarā vālira bhaye buli dekhāha śrī-rāmacandra, lai pada-dhūli” || 54 ||

ta’ra bole,—“amara valira bhaye buli dekhaha sri-ramacandra, lai pada-dhuli” (54)

English translation:

(54) They replied, “We are wandering out of fear of Vāli. Please take us to Rāmacandra. We wish to take the dust of His lotus feet.”
