The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.8.127, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 127 of Adi-khanda chapter 8—“The Disappearance of Jagannatha Mishra”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.8.127:

এক-দিন প্রভু চলিলেন গঙ্গা-স্নানে তৈল, আমলকী চাহে জননীর স্থানে ॥ ১২৭ ॥

एक-दिन प्रभु चलिलेन गङ्गा-स्नाने तैल, आमलकी चाहे जननीर स्थाने ॥ १२७ ॥

eka-dina prabhu calilena gaṅgā-snāne taila, āmalakī cāhe jananīra sthāne || 127 ||

eka-dina prabhu calilena ganga-snane taila, amalaki cahe jananira sthane (127)

English translation:

(127) One day as the Lord prepared to go and take bath in the Ganges, He asked His mother for oil and āmalakī.
