The Sanskrit edition of the Apastamba Sulba-sutra with the commentaries of Kapardin, Karavinda and Sundararaja. The Sulbasutras are considered Vedic appendices and deals with the ancient Indian science of Mathematics and Geometry, by instructing the construction of fire-altars, among others. śeṣe ca viṃśatis triṃśat ṣaṣṭhayaḥ ekāṃ pañcamīm || Sūtra _17.7b ||
cakāreṇa caturthyo'nukṛṣyante / triṃśat ṣaṣṭhayaḥ ekā ca pañcamī /
tāsāmupādhānadeśa ucyate -- ātmano dakṣiṇe pārśve daśa catur thyaḥ /
pañca prācīḥ pañca pratīcīḥ evamuttare pārśve /
madhye triṃśat ṣaṣṭhayaḥ prācīḥ ekā ca pañcamī /
tāsāṃ pañcadaśa prācīḥ //
