Visphāra (विस्फार) refers to the “expansion (of consciousness)”, according to the Mahānayaprakāśa by Arṇasiṃha (Cf. verse 182-197).—Accordingly, “The Siddhas shine everywhere, free of the duality of being and non-being. They are the arising of the undivided perception of the energy of the outpouring of their own expansion (nija-visphāra) (of consciousness)”.
