[...] In the Pṛthakjāta-Prakaraṇa is mentioned the general prodromal symptoms and specific prodromal symptoms (viśeṣapūrvarūpa) on the basis of doṣa are mentioned and the opinion of Tārkika [tārkikaḥ] is also mentioned.
