1. Distribution, apportionment; பிரிவு. வெவ்வேறு விபாகமாகி [pirivu. vevveru vipagamagi] (சிவஞானசித்தியார் சுபக்ஷம் [sivagnanasithiyar supagsham] 1, 22).
2. Partition of property; apportionment of the property of a deceased person amongst his heirs; குடும்பச்சொத்தைப் பிரிக்கை. [kudumbachothaip pirikkai.]
3. Well-defined portion; வரையறை செய்த பகுதி. யாகவிபாக முற்பட வுண்ணலாம் [varaiyarai seytha paguthi. yagavipaga murpada vunnalam] (தக்கயாகப்பரணி [thakkayagapparani] 248).
