How is the three-fold transmission? (It is) the product of the essence of knowledge because it is the product of consciousness which is the essence of true knowledge. This is the meaning. How is it that it is called the cause of the cause of the differentiation of the (three) times (vibhinnakāla), namely, the future, the present and the past? [...]”..
