Source: Wisdom Library: Kubjikāmata-tantraViṣṇupura (विष्णुपुर):—The abode of the Dūtīs, or the ninety-one female deities of the Dūtīcakra, according to the Kubjikāmata-tantra. In his manifestation as Ananta, Viṣṇu occupies the central position in the Dūtīcakra. For this reason the abode of the Dūtīs is called viṣṇupura, the city of Viṣṇu, and this second cakra itself is also referred to as the Viṣṇucakra.
Shaiva (शैव, śaiva) or Shaivism (śaivism) represents a tradition of Hinduism worshiping Shiva as the supreme being. Closely related to Shaktism, Shaiva literature includes a range of scriptures, including Tantras, while the root of this tradition may be traced back to the ancient Vedas.
