Source: Pali Kanon: Pali Proper NamesDaughter of Vasavatti, king of Pupphavati and sister of Candakumara. She narrowly escaped death when the king, on the advice of his chaplain, wished to offer human sacrifices. The story is told in the Khandahala Jataka. J.vi.134.
