Sri Rangarajadhwari was the son of Achan Dikshita of Adayapalam and was the father of the famous Appayya Dikshita. He was a great teacher of Advaita. His son, Appayya Dikshita in the colophon to his works says that he is the son of Rangarajadhwari, the Advaita Vidyacharya. He has also written two other works, Advaita Vidya Mukura and Rupaka Paribhasha.
