Source: academia.edu: Tessitori Collection ISonābāī (सोनाबाई) is the author of the “Jīujī mahāsatī ko ḍhāl” (dealing with individual religious teachers in Jain literature), which is included in the collection of manuscripts at the ‘Vincenzo Joppi’ library, collected by Luigi Pio Tessitori during his visit to Rajasthan between 1914 and 1919.—[...] The poem was composed by Sonābāī, one of her female lay disciples who spent some time with the nun, in VS 1817 (= 1760 CE) in Jaipur. The copyist is a nun.
