Source: DDSA: The Molesworth Marathi and English Dictionarykaḍōstrī (कडोस्त्री).—f (kaḍa Edge, sarī Verge; or from kaṭivastra S) The upper extremity or the encircling band of a dhotar or lagaḍēṃ, with reference to the tucking in there of any thing: also either side of that region which is so encircled; and the callousness or the abraded and sore state incidental to it. Esp. used in obl. cases, with sa, cā &c. as kaḍōsarīsa khōvaṇēṃ, kaḍōsarīsa khupasaṇēṃ, kaḍōsarīcā paisā &c. kaḍōsarī or kaḍōsarīsa yēṇēṃ To be tired out; to be quite spent or overcome.
