Source: academia.edu: The Original Paṇhavāyaraṇa/Praśnavyākaraṇa DiscoveredAṃguṭṭhapasiṇa (अंगुट्ठपसिण) (Prakrit; in Sanskrit: Aṅguṣṭhapraśna) refers to the “issues associated with the way of divination which involves a deity’s the surface of one’s thumb”, as taught in the Paṇhavāgaraṇa: (Sanskrit: Praśnavyākaraṇa), according to the Sthānāṅgasūtra (Sūtra 755).—The Paṇhavāgaraṇa is the tenth Anga of the Jain canon which deals with the prophetic explanation of queries regarding divination.
