(v.l. aṣṭuñcaka, nt.; so Mironov), Mahāvyutpatti 8996; context indicates reference to something worn at the waist; Tibetan rgya caṅ (or rgya lcaṅ), a kind of girdle, Jäschke (Tibetan-English Dictionary), narrow, long money-bag made of net and securely joined to the sash, [Tibetan-English Dictionary]; Chin. belt or sash. The var. aṣṭuñ- caka seems probably a corruption.
