Source: Wisdom Library: ŚaivismŚuddhatattva (शुद्धतत्त्व, “pure tattva”):—These five tattvas form the first of the thirty-six tattvas, according to the Śaiva doctrine. Together, they constitute the realm of Śuddhamāyā, which is the superconscious real, also known as Mahāmāyā.
