Cetasikas That Are common to both good and bad minds (cittas) are thirteen in number. They are:
- Phassa (contact, touch)
- Vedana (feeling, sensation)
- Sanna (cognition, perception)
- Cetana (volition)
- Ekaggata (one pointed-ness, or concentration on one subject)
- Jivitindriya (controlling faculty or principle)
- Manasikara (attention)
- Vitakka (initial application, thought)
- Vicara (sustained application)
- Adhimokkha (resolution, deciding commitment)
- Viriya (effort)
- Piti (joyful satisfaction)
- Chanda (will)
They are all mental factors which can associate with either good or bad states of mind.
